About this room

Pristine home with owner provides two generous double rooms, sole use of nearby bathroom and a beautiful conservatory to relax in. Everything you need has been thought of and if you’re house proud too then this property will feel like home from home. Sizeable and quiet but within walking distance of the Airport Bus. What’s not to love!

The fee is £35/night for stays up to 13 nights. Stays of 14+ nights are £28/night.

Once you have booked your room, we will email you to request a small holding fee, which will be part of your rent. Your booking is finalised once this has been received. The remainder of your rent money is to be paid (Great British Pounds only), directly to Graham on the day you arrive.

This is perfect accommodation for cadets and pilots, staying at EMA (East Midlands Airport) between flights, on standby, studying on their Type Rating Training, on an OCC course, undergoing a Command Upgrade or SIMS Refresher training.
