| Getting to the Airport/Training Centre | |
| We live in a large converted Baptist Chapel in the centre of Castle Donington – a couple of minutes walk from the main bus stop which is 10 minute journey from East Midlands Airport. The house sits high up, overlooking the old part of the village and features a huge pipe organ, Aga cooker and large garden with BBQ which you are welcome to use. If you are looking for a central location, easy, quick journey to the airport and being close to amenities including pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets then this place is for you. | |

| There is no parking at the property however there is free parking on neighbouring streets and, by negotiation, we can arrange for paid parking in the Donington Manor Hotel across from the property. | |

| There is one large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe to the rear of the property and a second large bedroom which shares the family bathroom with the owners. There is an additional spare bedroom which is for guests, but can be used for short stay rental if required. | |

| Please note all properties include the essentials for your stay; Wifi, utility bills, standard kitchen equipment, such as a cooker, hob and fridge and all utensils, iron and ironing board, toilet rolls, bedding, towels. | |

| We charge £35 per night for the bedroom without ensuite and £40 per night for the bedroom with ensuite. This is a flat rate with no discounts or surcharges. | |
