About this room

Beautiful home offering three generously sized rooms and lovely gardens. A host who welcomes you personally and wants you to enjoy this lovely property. There are no pets to disturb your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to a shared bathroom. Guests are welcome to join the host to relax in a large, comfortable lounge should they wish to. The dining room is separate and guests are welcome to use this for study as well as eating. Large patio is ideal for summer relaxing after work.

A small to medium-sized car, can be parked on the drive adjacent to the Host’s vehicle. There is space in the garage for bicycles.

Castle Donington bus station is 1km away and the my15 bus stop is just 100m away! The village centre is a ten-minute walk.

The Minimum stay is three nights, but the two double rooms make this ideal for longer Type Rating Training, SIMS buddies, OCC Courses, SIMS Refreshers etc.

Stays of a week or longer are £30/night with shorter stays of between 3 and 6 nights being charged at £40/night.

The house had everything I needed and felt very comfortable—truly like a home away from home. The location was also very convenient, with the airport bus stop just a 2-minute walk away.
