This is perfect accommodation for cadets and pilots, staying at EMA (East Midlands Airport) between flights, on standby, studying on their Type Rating Training, on an OCC course, undergoing a Command Upgrade or SIMS Refresher training.

Hi I’m a retired lady who loves Football and Cricket.
Most of my career was in IT, starting as a computer programmer in the early seventies when computers were the size of a house.
I had a few years working for British Midland as a air hostess. On the grand old Boeing 707. My latter years before retiring were as a driving instructor.
I am quite relaxed and enjoy having guests who are welcome to use my house and garden as their own. I supply tea/coffee and all the basics required for cooking.
In the photo I am with my great nephew at my beloved Nottingham Forest. 😄

I stayed with Cathy for my entire time in East Midlands. I was doing my Type Rating course from 06/04 until the 10/07. It was a very pleasant experience all thanks to Cathy! I felt welcome and when I first arrived I felt at home straight away. The study room was very beneficial for me as it gave me a space to study and revise but it was also a nice room to unwind in the evening. The house was immaculately clean throughout my stay.
