About this room
Our lovely, spacious house is right ON the Airport Bus Route. You could practically roll out of bed and onto the bus and be at the Ryanair or Tui Training Centre in a little over 10 minutes!
Just a few minutes from the village centre, you will find many pubs, cafes, takeaways and restaurants. And just down the road is a Co-op Supermarket, a brand new Aldi Supermarket too.
We have 2 very spacious and comfortable rooms, with garden view, available to pilots and cadets with a separate bathroom purely for our guests. Pilots and cadets can study privately in their room or meet up in the separate lounge .
Fees – 1, 2 or 3-night stays are charged at £40/night. Stays of 4 nights or longer are charges at just £25/night. Long stays welcome.
We provide everything you need, including a hair dryer. There is plenty of free on-street parking and in the Summer we have a lovely large garden which you are welcome to use!
Please note that we have a friendly Cockapoo who loves to help you study if you need extra help.
We look forward to welcoming you with orange juice and water (or beer on request) and, upon request, something to eat if you arrive later in the day!

This is perfect accommodation for cadets and pilots, staying at EMA (East Midlands Airport) between flights, on standby, studying on their Type Rating Training, on an OCC course, undergoing a Command Upgrade or SIMS Refresher training.
