Our cozy self-contained Apartment, within Spring Cottage, has its own entrance and dedicated car parking space and is just 200 yards from the Airport Bus stop!

If you are looking for independent living this spacious apartment is ideal and has everything you need for a fantastic stay.

Your hosts can be available as little or as often as required, however you will generally be left to your own devices to make yourself at home. 

Please note that our Cottage Apartment can only be occupied by ONE person.

This is perfect accommodation for cadets and pilots, staying at EMA (East Midlands Airport) between flights, on standby, studying on their Type Rating Training, on an OCC course, undergoing a Command Upgrade or SIMS Refresher training.
